Takze, aby to malo nejaky zmysel, dokoncim to co bolo zacate:
# ~/.bash_profile: executed by bash(1) for login shells.
# see /usr/share/doc/bash/examples/startup-files for examples.
# the files are located in the bash-doc package.
# the default umask is set in /etc/login.defs
#umask 022
# include .bashrc if it exists
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
. ~/.bashrc
fi
# set PATH so it includes user's private bin if it exists

sudo update-java-alternatives -l
sudo update-java-alternatives -s java-6-sun
pravdepodobne pouzivas gcj, miesto sun java.
tie prikazy nepomahaju..vypis:
update-java-alternatives: directory does not exist: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun
sudo update-java-alternatives -s jre1.6.0_01
//pretoze priecinok /usr/lib/jvm/jre1.6.0_01 existuje,
ale vypis:
file does not exist: /usr/lib/jvm/.jre1.6.0_01.jinfo
A potom vykonat vyssie spomenute prikazy.
